The lovely landscaping in the open interior gardens, complete with koi pond and outdoor kitchen and grill area lead into the breezeway. This is the ideal living space to enjoy the large flat screen TV or dining area and still enjoy the ocean views. Step out to the pool and spa area and enjoy the sunset in the gazebo with your favorite beverage. The owners of The Breezeway want you to have peace of mind and enjoy island life. The whole-house generator provides immediate electrical back up in the event of a power outage. The triple water filtration system provides refreshing and safe drinking water. While there is AC throughout (except in open living areas), ceiling fans in every room usually provide enough of a breeze to keep you cool. To keep your long-term stay worry free, the following services are included in the monthly rent: Dish TV internet services weekly pool and spa cleaning and maintenance bi-weekly housekeeping bi-weekly lawn care and landscaping services weekly trash services water and generator maintenance. While the villa has a new solar system and 3 cisterns which cover average usage, the tenant will be responsible for monthly WAPA charges in excess of $300 and water and gas delivery charges, when needed. Extras-There are water views from every room in the main house, 2 refrigerators, private 6 seat hot tub and there are 3 beaches in the community The Villa comes with its own year-old guard cat: Captain Kiddy  a 5.2 pound, fixed cat that is low maintenance (no litter box needed), doesn't like to be picked up or cuddled but does need a little love and companionship and a full food dish. The Koi pond requires minimal care. Some plant watering may be needed. There is also the option to rent the owners' vehicles, if desired. A Jeep SUV and a Hyundai Elantra.
